I was so chuffed when i brought my new iphone, i thought this is an apple product this is going to be great, then problems !!! it took over 10 days to port my number and activate my phone, which i attempted about 10 times until i eventually managed it, then i found my iphone had no video, and i must admit, i thought video on a high spec phone such as this a for gone conclusion silly me , then i noticed how short the battery life was, found i could not send a multi message to save me time, can not insert name cards or contact numbers when sending texts, i can not recieve or send pics other than email, (not every one has a computer to hand) my bluetooth is always searching, and is of little use as i cant recieve anything through it and my voicemail does not seem to work either, and my phone freezes, am i stuck with this phone help ???

Why did it take 10 days?

Did you order it online as you have a 7 day cooling off period then. Which surley would have to be from when it became connected.

No brought it outright and seemed to be given the wrong advice from the off !!!
